Bayonetta
Simply put, Bayonetta, is by far the best “video game” in years. What I mean is that Sega has brought back what has been missing which is an over the top, plot heavy and imagination game that they are known for.
A satisfying yet absurd narrative guides the player through Bayonetta’s journey and she tries to recover her memory. Combat is tight and one finds that splitting angels in half is quite easy. There has not been a time where I have not been stunned of the character designs. Each angel’s design is intricate yet has a bestial and raw feeling.
Bayonetta is one of those games that just makes one feel good while playing. There is not a point where you don’t feel like an overpowered “torture killing” sexy witch.
